Show HN: E2E – Open-source agentic testing framework for web, iOS and Android
Hey HN, I’m Oskar, one of the co-founders of TesterArmy. We built an agentic testing framework for web and mobile because traditional testing frameworks can’t keep up with the pace of how we build software today.e2e allows you to mix deterministic and agentic APIs in the same test. You can write the test cases using familiar APIs like `getByText()`or `getByTestId()` which you can also mix it with agentic `agent.act()`. The unique part about it is that e2e will cache and replay the agentic actions so you don’t have to pay for AI on each run. You can use it with any LLM, including subscriptions you are already paying for.On top of that, the core of e2e is platform agnostic. We ship both web and mobile engines out of the box; adding support for more platforms is pretty straightforward. Here’s a code short code snippet of an example test:```ts import { test, expect } from 'e2e';test('a member upgrades to Pro', async ({ app, agent, screen }) => { await app.open('/settings/billing'); await agent.act('upgrade the workspace to the Pro plan'); await agent.assert('the invoice preview shows a prorated amount'); await expect(screen.getByRole('status')).toContainText('Pro'); }); ```Try it: npx e2e initGitHub: https://github.com/testerarmy/e2e

Hi,I am Itai, in the past few months or so, I tried to build all sorts of products using different tools, my feeling was that it toolings fell short on some aspect, so internally - I built Organ, and its' purpose is to autonomously manage operations of a company, allowing the human to focus on the important stuff, which is mostly resource allocation and goal supervision. so Organ tries to be autonomous but not unsupervised.Organ runs itself, steered by me, and it's reporting in the public on how it does that, the agents write the blog posts themselves.https://organ.app/en/blogThere are other players in the space including open source, but managing agents extensively in the past year and a half, I found that the issue of actually setting up a work enviornment, memory retention / pruning / guardrails / access provisioning / routing to correct agents / model selection are all a hard lift, which I try to abstract.

I didn't like that Claude and codex effectively have the ability to do anything they want on my laptop and my local network - we've all read the horror stories of files accidentally being deleted - and while their permission classifier is getting better, it still requires a lot of trust. So I built Airlock for macOS which runs your agent in a virtual machine, and it will tell you exactly what it's run and what's changed before you bring anything back to your project. You can limit internet access to specific hosts, or block it altogether. It even works with Xcode projects (iOS and macOS developers rejoice). Technically you can run any command with Airlock - not just AI agents (`airlock run -- somecommand`).It's free, requires no account, and has no tracking or analytics. I'm hoping Apple will approve it for Mac App Store distribution, but in the meantime you can download it directly from the website or using Homebrew.

Hacker News AI · 阅读原文Show HN: Tracon (air traffic control for subagents)
My Claude Code workflow usually involves... a lot of subagents. I make one Opus model coordinate work as my tech lead, it dispatches subagents using models appropriate for the task into their own git worktrees, and then I try to multitask and do something else while they run.I'd been finding lately (particularly with Opus 5.5) that there was a ton of drift and instances of subagents not doing anything and it was evading the attention of the TL despite the instructions I gave it to have them report in at a regular cadence.Running tracon in a split terminal is my new personal workflow. It gives me early indicators when things start going off the rails (ex. blocked on a prompt, idle, looping on a failing command, simultaneous edits to files other subagents are editing, drifting off the brief, etc.) and I can interrogate the subagent's workflow and by pressing n the main agent gets a note to make a call on how and if to correct it.Read-only and runs on your machine: it tails transcripts in ~/.claude/projects/ and checks each worktree with ps, lsof, and git -- only thing that leaves your machine is what the Haiku judge reads for classification (or optionally you can turn that off with --no-judge).I've found it super useful for the game I'm building and figured others in the community might also find it useful. If you just want to give it a spin without committing: uvx tracon --demo macOS and Linux, Python 3.12+, MIT. Hacker News AI · 阅读原文Show HN: Vocafy – Listen to Vocaloid songs by producer, from the original videos
I built Vocafy, a music player web app for Vocaloid songs. You pick songs by producer, singer (voicebank), or year, and it plays the original videos from YouTube and Niconico.Around 2010-2012, at the peak of the Vocaloid boom, I made music videos for a Vocaloid producer. I skipped university for days to edit videos, and it was honestly the most fulfilling time of my life. Lately Vocaloid songs seem to be showing up on YouTube again, so I thought now was the time to give something back. I built it together with Claude Code.In my opinion, Vocaloid is mainly about the songs, not the videos. But there aren't many services focused on the songs. YouTube and Niconico are video services. YouTube Music mixes covers and unauthorized reuploads in with the originals, and its search isn't great, so it's hard to reach the song you want among the huge number of Vocaloid songs.Features:- Browse by voicebank, year, or producer- Favorite songs and producers (sign in with Google to sync across devices)- Continuous play, shuffle, and radio- A picture-in-picture-like mini player- Sleep timer- Both YouTube and Niconico- Add to home screen to use it as an app (Android, iOS, PC)- Theme colors based on Vocaloid charactersBecause of technical limits, background playback and continuous Niconico playback on iOS Safari are hard to support. As of October 2026 there are about 30,000 songs, 800 producers, and 700 singers, and I add more every week. It's completely free. If a song you're looking for is missing, let me know.English isn't my first language, so I wrote this in Japanese and used AI to translate it.

At the end you get a level, a per-area breakdown and a suggestion of what to learn next.I don't know any other site which allows you to test your Rust knowledge in a comprehensive way like mine but would be great to hear about others and/or suggestions to this one.You can take it multiple times and will get a different set of questions either in general rust category or if you are brave enough and know deeper any other popular areas of Rust like macros, async with Tokio etc you can try your luck there. There is over 600 questions in the pool. The general test with 30 questions should take more or less around 10 mintues but of course every one reads code at different speed so the time needed to complete the test may vary - and reading the questions really carefully is very important in this case :)Hope you like it, if so share it, comment and let's become better Rust programmers. I have a feeling that with AI doing all the work now, this will be rather diminishing skill in the IT world. The compiler can confirm that a snippet does what the answer says.

You can start reading real texts and get reading volume much earlier than you would ever be able to with textbooks! 2. The attention effect - we track your mistakes and what you forget and make sure to bring it back so you can drill it 3. Good content - we work really hard authoring quality non-slop content at graded levels so learning stays fun. Intrinsic motivation is the best kind of motivation! Please give it a try and let us know what you think!

InfoQ 中文 · 阅读原文Show HN: A calendar of every Chinese holiday your supplier will cite as a delay
If you've ever ordered anything from a factory in China, you've been given a delivery date of "after Chinese New Year." This is a site built around that. What it does:- Live status: is your supplier on holiday right now, based on China time and the official PRC holiday schedule. - Two windows per holiday: the official days off from the State Council, and the "factory reality" window, when production actually stops. For Chinese New Year 2027 (Feb 6), that's ~8–9 official days off vs. roughly Jan 23 to mid-March of real disruption. - A rough ETA calculator: it walks your quoted lead time day by day through every closure and slowdown, then adds QC and transit time. Example: an order on Dec 15 with a quoted 30 days to Europe lands around May 7, not late February. - A subscribable .ics feed with alerts before the big shutdowns. - A plain table of all 2026–2027 holidays: /holidays - A CNY 2027 checklist and timeline for importers: /cnyNotes:- The 2026 dates follow the official State Council schedule. The 2027 festival dates are fixed by the lunar calendar, but the exact days off and weekend make-up workdays are usually published in Nov–Dec, so those are marked TBA. The calendar feed will update when they're out. - The "factory reality" windows are heuristics from common industry patterns, not data from any one factory. Corrections from people who actually deal with this are very welcome. - It's fully static: no backend, no accounts, no analytics. Bingo cards and checklists live in localStorage. - Some of it is satire (the supplier phrasebook, the "unofficial festivals"). The jokes are aimed at buyers who order in December and act surprised in February, not at the holidays, which are real and well deserved.
Hacker News AI · 阅读原文Learning to Play Like a Pro: Adaptive Motion Planning and Tracking for Humanoid Robots
This White Paper provides roboticists and control engineers with a comprehensive overview of how motion planning and motion tracking can be decoupled to preserve professional athletic style in humanoid robots, and why adaptive, speed-aware control is essential for closing the gap between simulation and real-world deployment. What you will learn about: Why combining a professional athlete’s motion style with reliable task performance remains an open challenge in humanoid ball-sports robotics, and how separating a high-level planner from a low-level tracker addresses this trade-off. How motion data extracted from broadcast video and motion-capture recordings can be reconstructed, retargeted, and physically corrected into reference motions a humanoid robot can safely track. Why the sim-to-real transition introduces compounding tracking errors, and how training a tracker on randomized execution speeds, paired with a learned motion-speed adapter in the planner, improves robustness on physical hardware. How this adaptive framework was validated across two humanoid platforms, including full-size, in-the-wild serving performed without any motion-capture system. Download this free whitepaper now!

I've been running OpenAltFinder for almost 16 months now, and received quite a bit of positive feedback. The directory has also grown substantially. Over the last few months I've been receiving more and more submissions that were AI-assisted/vibe-coded.Personally I'm a bit skeptical (both quality wise, and longevity wise), but I also want to give everyone a chance to showcase what they've build. I had already added an "AI-assisted" label, but right now the majority of submissions include that label. To counter this, I decided to build an AI-free version of it over at: https://noai.openaltfinder.com, inspired by duckduckgo.I had already received some positive feedback on HN in the comments, so I wanted to share this here as well.
